Once you spend a week or two on Bonita Court, you’ll never want to vacation anywhere else! This exquisite four-bedroom pool home has everything you need to experience Marco Island in style.
Inside, the bright white interior, soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and crisp white tile flooring come together to create a stylish common area that the whole family will love. Plush white furniture, and comfortable armchairs make the room feel comfortable and homey, while the abstract art, flat-screen TV, and modern stone fireplace take the room up a level. Sliding glass doors look out over the infinity-edge pool and channel behind the home. Sliding barn doors separate the living room from the bunkbed room.
The kitchen is a chef-inspired space decked out floor to ceiling in state-of-the-art appliances and designer finishes. The kitchen features soaring ceilings and a sleek center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The all-white kitchen has more than enough cabinet space, and sleek counters. An industrial-sized sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher make after-dinner clean-up a breeze. There are four high-top chairs at the breakfast bar.
Whether you’re ordering takeout out or making dinner at home, the family can sit together at the ultra-modern formal dining room table. The oval-shaped dining room table seats six and overlooks the pool and channel behind the home.
The four private bedrooms are spread out throughout the home, tucked off of the main living room for added space and privacy. The master suite is a modern retreat with a luxury King size bed, plank-style flooring, high ceilings, and unbeatable water views. This romantic space has a wall of windows overlooking the water and a bold work desk with a leather rolling chair. Guests in this room can push open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the pool deck complete with a bistro set just outside the suite doors.
The spa-inspired master suite has a roman soaking tub in the center and a walk-through shower behind it. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls around the shower and rain shower features make this shower an experience in itself.
The second bedroom sits right off of the living room and has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom.
Bedroom three features a Queen bed, a private bathroom, and massive windows with water views. . The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain-shower features behind sleek sliding glass doors.
The fourth bedroom is complete with a high-end Queen size bed, name-brand linens, locally inspired artwork, and a wall of windows overlooking the lush landscaping.
The finished outdoor patio space features plank flooring and a whisper quiet ceiling fan to keep a breeze moving throughout the space. The stainless steel outdoor grill and range make cooking outside a breeze, and the seamless countertops provide plenty of room to set out snacks and drinks. A central bar has four high-top seats and is a comfortable place to play cards or enjoy lunch by the pool.
Outside of the shaded lanai is a gorgeous infinity-edge pool with LED lights and two sun-shelf loungers. The modern architecture throughout the pool adds to the relaxing experience, and the bubbling hot tub at one end is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
Other things to note: ALL pets must be approved before and/or at time of reservation. If it is discovered that there is a pet on premises without approval, you will be required to vacate the property with no refund. Boats may be parked in a driveway for up to (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!
