All sheets and bedding are thoroughly washed in hot water and soap. We also use Purell hand sanitizing wipes and wipe down every surface, knob, tv remote control, etc.

We also installed an ultraviolet light HEPA air filtration system in our HVAC. This means all air in the house is continually cleaned for viruses, mold spores, bacteria dust mites, and other harmful contaminants as it circulates throughout the house.

Cook family meals in the serious chef’s kitchen and seat eight to ten at the dining table. Gather at the fireplace under the living room’s arched, ceiling, or slide open the doors to lounge in the private hedged garden. It’s luxurious, eclectic, and chic.

This is a 1926 Spanish house that was torn down to the foundation and studs and rebuilt in 2015 from the bottom up as a new, Modern Spanish Smart Home.

Originally built in 1926, this home takes on Spanish Modern flair, paying homage to original architectural designs of the period with 10-foot coffer ceilings and arched doorways. Your eye will be immediately drawn to the intricate tile work in the living room, kitchen, and each of the bathrooms providing each space with a personality of its own. This home is flooded with natural light from the each of the three skylights, oversized windows, and large sliding doors seamlessly welcoming you into the gorgeously landscaped outdoor living spaces in the front, back, and side of the property.

This Smarthome is outfitted with the very latest in technology including a housewide Dolby surround sound speaker system, a Nest/Wink heating and air conditioning system, and the newest Apple TV with all your streaming aps including Netflix, Spotify, and Hulu. The whole house can be simply controlled with the iPad Mini that includes a welcoming house book explaining the features and amenities of this luxury property. The house is also protected 24/7 by outside security cameras in addition to a friendly and effective alarm system. The house also has a state of the art whole home water filtration system, a high alkaline drinking water system, a built in jacuzzi, and is powered by a 5kw solar panel system hidden on the roof.
