Cancellation PolicyPAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure. If full payment is not received by this deadline,Kilifi Beach Villasreserves the right to release the reservation.
A 50% deposit is required for Peak season bookings. The remaining 50% payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be considered effective once you receive written confirmation from Kilifi Beach Villas. If you do not receive a response, your cancellation has not been processed and is not valid.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival: Your non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival:If full payment has been made, and cancellations happen more than 60 days prior to arrival, 70% of the final payment will be refunded minus taxes and bank charges. The 30% deposit remains non-refundable.
For cancellations made within 59 days of arrival or in case of a no-show:100% of the total cost is forfeited. No refunds will be provided for flight cancellations or early departures.
For cancellations for Peak season bookings made more than 90 days before arrival:50% of the final payment will be refunded minus taxes and bank charges. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
For cancellations for Peak season bookings made more than 60 days before arrival:100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
