The apartment is 115 sq. metres, located at the centre of the building with breathtaking views of the pool area, the Old Town (Dalt Vila) and the Ibiza Marina.

There is a generous south facing terrace and the flat is airconditioned and furnished to the highest standards, with a Bulthaup kitchen and designer furniture and art.
