The Place
The Post and Beam construction creates an open floor plan with walls of windows to frame the beauty of nature around you. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite tops and island, dining area, living room, small built-in desk, washer/dryer and bath. The wrap around deck gives you a sunny place to experience the warmth and sounds of nature first hand.
The central staircase leads upstairs to a master bedroom and second bedroom with vaulted ceilings and shared full shower room.
On the ground floor walk out level is a guest bedroom with closet, utility room and full bath.
This home uses the technologies of geothermal systems to take advantage of the earth’s natural resources to consistently and efficiently heat and cool the home.
