Set high on a verdant hillside with sweeping Caribbean Sea panoramas, Norse Hill Estate and Botanic Gardens is the premier private estate in Port Antonio—an enchanting 8-acre sanctuary surrounded by rare botanical flora, offering complete privacy and quiet renewal. The Main House and Garden Cottage accommodate up to 14 guests, while the new Tea House Sanctuary expands the estate’s accommodations to up to 18 guests. For larger groups, the nearby private oceanfront Norse Point villa can be added, bringing the full collection to a total capacity of up to 20 guests.

Open-air verandahs, soaring timber ceilings, and cooling ocean breezes define the estate’s classic West Indian architecture. A full-time dedicated staff—including a master private chef, butler, and housekeepers—delivers warm Jamaican hospitality, preparing customized home-cooked culinary experiences and signature cocktail service throughout your stay. The sprawling grounds feature tranquil garden paths, shaded stone terraces, and outdoor dining pavilions framed by lush tropical gardens.
