The Retreat in Marathon offers an exclusive tropical escape, combining a main house and Bali Guest House into a luxurious space with stunning water views, two pools, private beaches, an outdoor spa, Tiki Hut, and ample dock space. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, this private resort experience includes stocked provisions for the first day, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay by the pools. Situated in the Middle Keys, it’s an hour north of Key West and close to prime fishing spots like Islamorada and diving havens such as Sombrero Reef, Looe Key, and Key Largo, all easily accessible by boat.
Nestled at the end of a tranquil road, The Retreat provides an array of activities for all ages, from beach games and billiards to pool volleyball and basketball. The property boasts a Bali Bar, Tiki Hut, outdoor grills, a swim-up pool bar, and a private beach. Conveniently located near local amenities and minutes away from popular spots like Sombrero Beach, it offers easy access to the surrounding area via car, bike, or boat. Additionally, a refundable $1500 damage deposit is held for seven days post-checkout, covering potential damages, with any remaining amount returned to the card.
The Retreat has afull conference room with A/V for business groups that want to host a mixed retreat, and planning event. We can fully concierge an agenda for the non-business participants as well.
Price with continuous stocked house/bar (house liquor/wine), breakfast, snacks and lunch each day for up to 9 guests per night: $6188 (From 01/01 to 4/20; 06/01 to 8/15; 11/25 to 12/01 and 12/16 to 12/31), $5625 Rest of the year (This feature can be added during the booking process)
