DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Guests have the main house all to themselves including the 2 car garage with plenty of extra room for skis, bikes or other toys, the 3 covered decks, partially covered patio and fire pit, hot tub, huge back yard, mud room, 5 bedrooms 6 bathrooms and all the other living areas.

When you arrive, you will be able to pull your vehicle into the ample 2 car garage and plug in your electric car. Quickly unpack your skis in the garage and hang up items in the mudroom and laundry room. As you ascend the stairs into the middle of the main floor, you will gasp at stunning views of Whistler and Blackcomb out of the front 18′ high window and the Forest and River out of a 14′ wide slider in the back.

The next thing you will take in is a huge gourmet kitchen with a 48″ wolf range, dual dishwashers and stunning black cabinets. On your right will be a comfortable living room with a high vaulted ceiling and a two sided fireplace. Within the same space is a dining room with a large circle table suitable for 8-10 people. You will notice the artistic lighting throughout from Vancouver’s own lighting Artist Matthew McCormick.

While on the main floor explore the three attached covered decks, two with heating and one with a hot tub. You can then check out the beautiful powder room and the flex Master with Ensuite and the option to set up as a rec room with a big comfy couch and a TV, or as master bedroom with a queen bed and a couch for a child or a pack and play for a baby.

Head up the stairs to the third floor where you will find a stunning master bedroom with mountain views, high ceilings and a walk in closet and ensuite complete with a two person steam shower. Squeegy the steam off your shower window and you can contemplate the River of Golden dreams as it winds its way through your backyard where the kids are exploring the forest or building a snowman next to the playhouse in the large flat, grass space in the back yard.

Down the hall are three small rooms great for kids. One is a smaller room suitable for one child or teen with it’s own ensuite. A third bathroom on the floor meant for the two rooms at the end of the hall to share. One of the rooms has a bunk bed that is perfect for two kids. The other has a larger bunk with a double bed on the bottom and is comfortable for older teens or adults.

After you’ve unpacked and enjoyed the space or the huge cul-de-sac in the front, take a 15-20 minute walk to the village and plan your ski day, bike ride or fine dining experience. When you get back, soak into the hot tub or have a glass of wine around the 6′ long gas fireplace in the backyard. Don’t worry if its snowing, the patio and driveway have automatic snow melt, so you can focus on relaxing and fun.
