Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can drive to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials.

While this property is listed as pet-friendly, all pets are subject to approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet and is taxable and non-refundable. The limit is no more than 2 pets. You will be asked to provide details of your dog including breed and weight. No bully breeds and cats are not allowed.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty – Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Initial payments include the property’s refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival.
