The apartment also has a patio for relaxing with a Private Jacuzzi for family and friends.

This slice of paradise comes with access to covered parking, shared gym, swimming pool, barbeque area, high speed elevators, jogging and bicycling tracks; outdoor children’s play area, Game room and other facilities for the guest.

Other Things

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their IDs. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance.

There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance.

Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of AED 2000 in case of any violation.
