This is a big and spacious home with three bedrooms. The main room has a king bed, a one-man bed and a sofa bed. The second room has a double size bed and sofa bed, all super comfortable. The third room features a cabin with queen size beds. The house accommodates up to 10 people, however let us know if you are interested in entering with a group greater than 10, contact us directly by a message on this track. Beautiful beach views from morning until sunset. The house has a spectacular swimming pool, barbecue area, palapa, fire pit and plenty of space for your enjoyment.

We are also surrounded by beautiful neighboring beaches, just 10 minutes walking from Playa Maderas surf area and 5 minutes walking from the neighboring north beach.

The entire space is yours and you have access to all the amenities this beautiful property has to offer. Also house is located Just 10 minute walk south to Maderas Beach Surf break.

Electricity: It is not all included in the rental price. For short term rentals we include 35kw/h per day, if you use more than that you will be charged USD0.50 cents per Kw/h. The average usage is 15-35KW per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us maintain our rental price as electricity in Nicaragua is very expensive. Please turn off the air conditioning and others appliances when not in use. Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to give a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement in which you accept responsibility for paying electricity if you exceed usage as stated above and also agreeing to pay any damage done to the property .
