Step into our beautifully designed apartment, featuring spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with road views. The 3 bedrooms are generously sized with ample storage and natural light, and the 3 bathrooms + 1 powder room provide added convenience. The maid’s room is a thoughtful touch, perfect for those seeking extra support during their stay.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy access to a range of fantastic amenities, including the gym, kid’s play area, outdoor pool, and nearby supermarket (Geant). You’ll also have private access to the balcony, perfect for taking in the stunning views.

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. We will be sending you a check wizard 1 day prior to your arrival to collect this information. As per security regulations the maximum number ID’s accepted will be based on the maximum capacity of the property, no further guests will be allowed. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance.

Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of AED 2,000 in case of any violation.

Our check out time is strictly 12pm and late check out charges will be applied as per the check in agreement.
