Upon request, we offer a variety of additional services to enhance your stay like airport shuttle, car rental, and even babysitting or child services (extra charge). Children’s cribs and fold-up beds are also available upon request (extra charge), making it easier to accommodate everyone.

The Space

This spacious 2-bedroom apartment features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. With two full bathrooms, you have all the privacy and comfort you need.
This beautifully designed apartment combines modern style with homey comfort. The living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy time with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals or enjoying a quick snack. The outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape from the Dubai heat, and wheelchair access ensures that everyone can enjoy the amenities.

Guest Access

As our guest, you have full access to the entire apartment and its amenities, including the outdoor pool. Additional services such as airport shuttle, car rental, and babysitting can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Daily housekeeping is also available for a fee, keeping your space clean and tidy throughout your stay.

Other Things To Note

**Please be informed that the swimming pool is currently closed due to maintenance issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding**

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. We will be sending you a check wizard 1 day prior to your arrival to collect this information. As per security regulations the maximum number ID’s accepted will be based on the maximum capacity of the property, no further guests will be allowed. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance.

Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of AED 2,000 in case of any violation.

Our check out time is strictly 12pm and late check out charges will be applied as per the check in agreement.
