The Guest is required to provide notice of any villa rental cancellation in writing by email and the case for cancellation will be presented to the villa owner/service provider for consideration.
Deposits for non-peak seasons will be refunded in full once cancellation is made 60 days or more before the Check-In Date.
Deposits for peak seasons will be refunded in full once cancellation is made 90 days or more from the Check-In Date. If cancellations are made less than 60 days prior to the Check-In Date for non-peak season dates and less than 90 days for high and peak season dates, a penalty of 20% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the Guest and the remainder of the deposited amount refunded to the Guest.
Final payments are non-refundable. Reservations can be further credited to future dates at the discretion of the owner. Future credited reservations may incur rate changes based on seasonality. There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals or premature departures, or reduction in number of guests in your group.
