Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival: Your non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival:If full payment has been made, and cancellations happen more than 60 days prior to arrival, 70% of the final payment will be refunded minus taxes and bank charges. The 30% deposit remains non-refundable.
For cancellations made within 59 days of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total cost is forfeited. No refunds will be provided for flight cancellations or early departures.
For cancellations for Peak season bookings made more than 90 days before arrival:50% of the final payment will be refunded minus taxes and bank charges. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
