The main lodge comfortably sleeps 10 with over 6,000 square feet of living area, 5 bedrooms, a bunk room, loft, 5 full + 4 half-baths. Another scribed log guest cabin sits just up the drive that sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.
The winding half-mile private drive takes you to a private sanctuary. Listen to the waves lap against the shore just a few steps from the back door. Relax in the hammock, lounge at the beach, fish from the dock, and make amazing memories at the fire pit each evening. The yard is vast and lush with beautiful landscaping and multiple places to gather. An outdoor kitchen and dining area let you maximize each day and enjoy the views at mealtime.
Our Scarab boat is yours to enjoy the perfect location for watersports and fishing, along with two Sea Doo PWCs. Shoppers docks are available at both Charlevoix and Boyne City, so you can navigate to town for shopping, dining, and indulgent treats like fudge and ice cream! Lake Michigan is accessible by boat where you can visit nearby Bay Harbor, Beaver Island, Harbor Springs, or find a sandy place to stop and play on the dunes.
Included with the home are all the amenities for the Northern Michigan lifestyle, including kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, etc. We also allow guests to use our motorized recreation equipment with appropriate insurance and indemnification. This would include our Scarab boat, Sea Doo PWCs (2), dirt bikes (4), quad, gator, and snowmobiles (2).
Optional concierge services include daily housecleaning, meal preparation, groceries, and airport transfers. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we do not allow events at the house.
The property is located along the South shore of Lake Charlevoix, approximately 7 miles from both Charlevoix and Boyne City. You will leave your cares behind as you wind your way through the woods to this Pure Michigan oasis. Come enjoy the best of Lake Charlevoix!
