Brand new 2022 furnishings throughout give you the authentic feel of a vacation property. Sink into the comfortable sofas, enjoy dining on real dining chairs with a beautiful round dining table and extra stools at the counter bar for those who enjoy keeping the chef company!

The extra large master bedroom is complete with the most comfortable king sized bed and extra large dresser and an 8 foot tall armoire. The view from this bedroom is exquisite featuring the perfect place to enjoy the ocean view by day and the sunset every evening (not all villas have this view!)

The second bedroom has an equally comfortable king size bed that can be separated to form two twin XL beds. In the loft above this room, there is a double size gel memory foam bed for the kids to have their own nook!

The main floor patio offers the same stunning view as that of the master bedroom deck, but has the convenience of a dining set and lounge chairs to end the day with a full view of the sunset.

Three full bathrooms complete the personal space all designed for comfort and luxury with marble and glass showers, granite counters and lots of space for personal effects. The 2022 renovations of the master ensuite boasts a stand alone soaker tub, double sinks and a private toilet room in addition to a large shower with a stone feature wall.

Brand new luxury hotel quality linens and towels are ready for your use! Beach towels are provided for your outdoor time and are replaced regularly. And leave all of this laundry for your daily cleaner to look after. Our cleaner comes every day with a bright smile and a work ethic like no other!

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a SubZero refrigerator, Smeg and KitchenAid appliances; cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a separate wine fridge and full size in-suite laundry. This villa even has an espresso maker to make those mornings extra perky! Other small appliances include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a blender for those frosty beverages. Dishware, glassware and cutlery are all brand new. And the drawers contain every kitchen gadget on the market!

Just a few steps up the pathway you’ll find the common BBQ area complete with two professional Weber grills and the utensils you’ll need to play grill master! This space and the appliances are cleaned by our staff between every use so you can be assured it’s safe in every way.

But for those who prefer to dine out there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. And ordering in is fast and simple with options for every palate. Private chefs are available for booking if you’d like to truly be catered to on the beachfront or within your villa. We can recommend the best in the area!

The ultra-quiet AC units are new to the villa (March 2021), 4 in total to maintain the perfect temperature indoors. There are multiple ultra-quiet ceiling fans throughout as well if you prefer to keep the expansive walls open to the fresh air in the living room and the master bedroom.

There is a fully outfitted workout centre in the complex that is perfect for supplementing your swimming, surfing and beach strolling exercise with top end cardio equipment, LifeFitness rack and free weights. Work out while you enjoy the incredible ocean view.

The Palms complex shares a gorgeous setting on the oceanside that includes an adults only pool as well as a magnificent 100 foot infinity pool facing the ocean and complete with bar and food services on location. The gardens are spectacular featuring an array of palms varieties and many tropical plants and flowers. There is lots of green space for everyone to enjoy some fun, as well as space for those seeking private quiet time. There is no shortage of lounge chairs or umbrellas so there’s no need to be waking up before the sun to scramble out to claim your beach or pool chairs.

Keep your eyes and ears open so you don’t miss the many iguanas and colourful birds on the property or the troup of howler monkeys that can be easily located by sound at sunrise and in the evenings around 5 pm.

24 hour guarded gate security and parking give you the peace of mind that you need on vacation. The Palms is committed to your safety and security. Extensive measures have been put into place to minimize your risk of Covid-19. Following the guidelines of the Health Ministry specialized cleaning services, social distancing and protective wear is all a part of the staff’s effort to protect you and others during your stay.

Located 45 minutes from Liberia’s airport, 25 minutes from Tamarindo’s airport, we are in the ideal location. Stop for groceries at the PriceSmart near the Liberia airport or one of the smaller grocery stores located within a 5 minute drive of the residence. You’ll find everything you need for the pantry and fridge. Or, better yet, arrange for The Palms concierge to pre-stock your kitchen so that when you arrive you can settle right in!

Please note that if your stay is taking place on or after January 1, 2023, the concierge team will be collecting a flat USD $100 fee per stay upon check-in. This fee is collected for every villa on The Palms property, without exception. We mention it here to ensure that you are aware of it at the time of booking so you can feel confident that there are no hidden costs. The fee helps The Palms Association cover costs that enhance your experience, such as towel service, concierge service, water sports equipment, gym equipment, common wifi, and more.
